Payment Policy

All payments for services related to advanced broadcast signal processing, wave-based transmission, camera signal resilience, and next-wave broadcast tech must be made in Australian Dollars (AUD) via approved methods including bank transfer or credit card. Invoices are issued upon order confirmation and are subject to applicable taxes including GST.

Refund Policy

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis for services provided by broadwavery.net. Requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the invoice date. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days and returned to the original payment method. No refunds apply to completed or customised broadcast solutions.

• Mutual agreement to cancel the order
